It would seem that the best thing to do when producing a creative CV would be to demonstrate some of your skills whilst projecting yourself how you wish to be perceived. I think the key is to leave the employer or client wanting to know more - leading them to your website or requesting your portfolio.
The flavor of the day seems to be personality.
